*Honk Honk Hooonk* Ever thought of visiting Melaka with a whole bunch of friends or families? And then you may want to consider a place with more privacy, where you guys can have more fun and bigger space to mingle around?

If it’s a YES, Melaka homestays @ iBilik will be the perfect place to find a house to stay-in. The price range goes accordingly with the location of the house, it’s facilities etc. It’d be good to have a “house” of your own after a long tiring day of walking and snapping pictures.

One thing I like about this iBilik page is that they have this “Cheapest Rental” tab at the top right hand corner, next to “Most Bookings”, where you can actually click and see the houses with the cheapest rental in the particular place of interest. 

After choosing the house you want to stay in, you can actually check the dates available for stay, and book the house right away! This iBilik website seems to be a very convenient tool to me, as all the information provided at the site is sufficient, plus pictures are available for you to make a wise decision on its comfy-ness, which makes the whole booking process just a few clicks away. Save the hassle from calling and confirming. And in the end you may regret as the place you book may not meet your expectations.

Another plus point would be the map provided where you can get the directions from your location to the destination right away, and see whether the place that you are available to rent has convenient access to the town centre or not.

As it is named, the Westside One is a luxury condominium greatly inspired from the Western countries, mainly European and North American. It is said that this condo is built to create a designer lifestyle and of course it is fully equipped with its unique look and luxury features.

I think it’s a good buy at this point of time for a unit, either for investment purposes or as your own luxury crib, because the current price is still lower than the first few quoted price. And looking at its location, upon completion of the site at year 2013, the value of this condominium will definitely increase tremendously.The Westside One is really close to LDP, Sprint Highway and Penchala Link.

One of the key point is that this The Westside One has a freehold tenure, which makes things more interesting, as most of the stratified residential buildings these days are leasehold. In lay men’s term, these days, there are not so many freehold tenures selling anymore. Majority of them are leasehold. Basing on this, I’m pretty sure, the units are already selling like hotcakes. If it’s not, it will be in future, seriously.

To me, The Westside One makes a person live like a king, with its well planned facilities and greeneries, one can have a walk at the lakefront nearby, cycle, have picnic at the pavilion just a few minutes away from the condominium. There are even medical centre and schools within Desa Parkcity itself, which makes it an ideal place for families with children.

A plus point of living in a condominium is that they have security systems that can at least ensure your house is safe whilst you and your family are away or out of the house.

Best place to look for cars online now would be at CarSifu!

It covers almost all local and imported cars. And its website is neat and tidy. You know what I mean? Information are not spread out, and your eyes need not scan thru the page to look for the info you want.

And there is this Cars for Sale tab where it lists what cars are on sales, where is it sold, price, so on and so forth.
