As it is named, the Westside One is a luxury condominium greatly inspired from the Western countries, mainly European and North American. It is said that this condo is built to create a designer lifestyle and of course it is fully equipped with its unique look and luxury features.
I think it’s a good buy at this point of time for a unit, either for investment purposes or as your own luxury crib, because the current price is still lower than the first few quoted price. And looking at its location, upon completion of the site at year 2013, the value of this condominium will definitely increase tremendously.The Westside One is really close to LDP, Sprint Highway and Penchala Link.
One of the key point is that this The Westside One has a freehold tenure, which makes things more interesting, as most of the stratified residential buildings these days are leasehold. In lay men’s term, these days, there are not so many freehold tenures selling anymore. Majority of them are leasehold. Basing on this, I’m pretty sure, the units are already selling like hotcakes. If it’s not, it will be in future, seriously.
To me, The Westside One makes a person live like a king, with its well planned facilities and greeneries, one can have a walk at the lakefront nearby, cycle, have picnic at the pavilion just a few minutes away from the condominium. There are even medical centre and schools within Desa Parkcity itself, which makes it an ideal place for families with children.
A plus point of living in a condominium is that they have security systems that can at least ensure your house is safe whilst you and your family are away or out of the house.
