Ticket to Success

On the 26th and 27th April 2008, I attended the National Achievers Congress.

Urm... What is that?! It is a two days seminar(It is more like a preview), where speakers all over the world gather here to give talks.

Urm... so why should we go?! To improve our lifestyle of course!!! And to achieve what 82% of people in this world can't. Which is to be successful in wealth, relationship, health etc.

Urm... how much is it?! The price has been increasing throughout the years... Next year it is RM 1000. I think the RM 500 tickets is sold. So hurry, take action!!! Before the price shoots up to RM 2500. Next year the Rich Dad team is coming down. Heard of Rich Dad Poor Dad? Written by Robert Kiyosaki. Yeah, his bringing his team down.

Urm... What the heck?! So expensive!!! I'll just buy the book the speakers wrote la, So much more cheaper!!! Oh well, normally with a coach guiding you, things happens quicker

Urm... Why are you promoting it anyway? Not like you gonna get any commission... I just think that this seminar really IS benificial. I've learnt a lot from it!!!

Anyway, for the last two days, I've been listening to these speakers -
Steven Molnar
He taught us on mastering real-estate. I've no exposure on this topic at all, so I acted like I know, and jot down all his notes.

Roger Hamilton
He believe that we make money is to give them to the needys. There's one story I think it is good. He says each of us is a candle. At the wax part, you can't move much as it is all wax. But when you find your way up, you felt the warmth. It is the flame of the candle. But not only you feel it, as the warmth will spread to people around you, and warms them up. Each of us has a legacy, a purpose in life. After finding your purpose, maximise it and let the people around you enjoy it too!

Steve Linder
Oh... I love him. He is an NLP practitioner. He cleared some of my doubts on NLP, which I've been thinking for quite a long while. There's a quote from him that I like most: I have no control in my future, the only control I have is the meaning that we choose to live our life.

Blair Singer
He seriously looks like Adam Sandler. hehe. He taught us how to train the "little voices" in our head. He also taught us how to react when we got rejected. One thing he said got into my heart. He says: Whenever people tell you something, and you say you already know it, you'll never learn.

Joe Girard
He looks like Richard Gere. Haha... serious. He told us his life story. From super poor, to someone who sells 6 or more brand new cars per day. Which gives a total of 1400++ cars per year. One thing he stated I like is: Hangout with positive thinkers and just ignore the negative ones.

Those people, seriously, will block you from your succeeding. And even when you fall, they will be saying: you see I've told you. And worse wouldn't lend a hand to you. I've been there people...

T. Harv Eker
This guy... He says each of us has a blueprint. Whether it is a good or bad one... depends on how we were brought up. I.e If we work hard= more fruitful results= more money. One quote I learnt from him: Bless that which you want! If you see someone having a Ferrari. Bless that person, bless that Ferrari. And wish that it is yours. Sounds a little like Law of Attraction though...
p/s: Youtube Law of Attraction. You'll learn a plenty from it.

Adam Ginsberg
He is the man who earns his living mainly from ebay. He taught us the methods to get a product sold and earn some money from it.

Dr. Clemen Chiang
He talks about store markets.

New Pets

After a month, mourning for my lost... my dog - Ee Ee. I've decided to move on... and get a new pet!!! Since Carina is giving away her pets... I decided to have it instead. No worries, this time it's not a dog. Something close to a dog... have sensitive ears, nose... just that they can't bark nor make a single sound.

Rabbits... yeah rabbits... Can't do much... just eat, sleep and poo!!! And they sort of know my hand signals... they know when I'm angry= hand at "slapping face" position lol... because they've been fighting. They know when I'm feeding them I'll snap my fingers, then you can see movements in the cage.
There's 2 of them. One white, one brown(Carina states that IT IS grey... but... I'll stick to brown, cos it's brown), both males. The white one, as it is bullied by the brown one constantly, has gotten a little cuckoo. Just stay at a corner. I think if I carry it and throw, he will still stone. Probably under depression. The brown one is the opposite. Very wild, if he sees you reaching out for his ball(as in the toy ball), he will quickly hide his ball underneath his belly, then push you to the side.

Looks like a koala

Brown bunny make his own bone out of carrot... cool rite

They have no names in particular. When I call out bunny, they will show some respond. Of course the brown one will stand. The white one will just look at me. Hmm... I think I should sell the carrot bone on ebay. LOL.

Want flowers at a reasonable price??? Get it Right Now!!!

Just a rough intro, Carina is very good at flowers. She arranges flowers in a bouquet, or into a basket for ceremonies and parties. Most importantly she has undergone special training by an expert, so the flowers are always beautifully arranged, and the standard is always there.

Since Mother's Day is coming up, I'm sure all of you have to buy something for your beloved mother. Why not get her a bouquet or basket of fresh, beautiful flowers for a change. Since she's just starting her business, the price is still quite reasonable. So if you're interested, contact her at 017-236 9922. Price varies with the number of flowers and types of flower.

Trip to the skybridge

As a Malaysian, I sense a big responsibility for me to at least visit the skybridge at the Petronas Twin Towers. So again my mum and I went (dad is always busy with his work). We walked from KL plaza to the twin towers at 7.30am. Very semangat, we were early, and so we thought. When we reached the ticket booth, it ain't open yet, but you wouldn't believe it, there's already like 5 rows lining up. Put it this way, one row 20 people, 5 rows??? 100...woo hoo.. And majority of the people in the crowd, again the word "majority", are from Aussie, the States, Germany, Sri Lanka, India, China.... and I think it's only me and my mum who are Malaysians there :]

We lined up, when the counter opened, the 9 am ticket were all given out. Oh by the way, the ticket is free of charge and there's like 1700 tickets to be given out a day. Not sure whether they open on weekdays though. When it's our turn, we got the 10.30 am ticket instead. Well, lesson to be learnt: there's no need to follow the queue when it is long, you can always come back later, and find the line shorter, way much shorter, saves more time!!!

We happily came back at 10.20 am, as asked, and watched a 7 minutes 3D video about Petronas (and its petroleum) Then we were brought up to the skybridge using a lift. One fun fact: the bridge was at the 41th floor, and the lift took 41 seconds to reach to the floor. Superbly Hi-tech rite...

Well if you are scared of heights, just gather your courage and visit it at least once. It is something we should have at least done in our life. Or more of, in a Malaysian's life. hehe

Weekends at KL

It is like a must to stay at KL during my hols, because that's the nearest place from my house (I guess). So yea, since Pavillion is done, it became our shopping target (window shopping... hehe)

My mum and I was bored, so we decided to go to this cute shop... Kenko! For those who doesnt know what it is, it is a place for spa!!! Fish spa!!! Okla, when I see this spa centre, I think its cool, you know, first built-in fish spa in shopping complex. And what more, small 'lil fish come to eat up your dead cells and help you to "treat" your leg. Cool la... why not cool... It is RM 38 by the way...

So we went to wash our legs and find a nice spot to dip our legs in. Then a 'swarm' not shoal but swarm of fishes, due to their ganas-ness, aimed at our leg. First you can feel a tingling sensation at the heels. Then there's more and more, till they covered your whole feet. At first it is quite ticklish... after a while your whole feet just felt numb. Like there's some kind of vibrator or something.

This is a pic of my foot. Hehe, a lot of fish eh... Cool... Then I looked around. Majority of the people (when I say majority... it really means most of them-- 88%) have half of the number of fish I have on my feet. Gosh, at first I was darn happy, my feet are treated by these doctor fish, and gonna glow radiantly. After looking around, I wanted to dig a hole and hide my face ...LOL... It's like a false assumption is about to fall on me anytime ---> Haven't been washing her legs or bathe cleanly.

Like how I looked at the others, the others looked at mine too... Probably they're wondering- must be the water there warmer...hehe. The whole experience was fantastic, a whole new encounter, totally thrilling and of course a lil embarassing.

Are You A Malaysian Test

Just take your time to answer. There's no need to find the right answer. Just answer honestly, from your heart. All the best!!

Rock Climbing... IS more than a fun word!!!

Five reasons when you know you like a sport:
  1. When you're half-way thru doing it, no matter how much your muscles hurts, you could still smile and say "cool!!!"
  2. And no matter how much your muscles hurt, knowing the body you'll be getting after this work out, makes you more into it!
  3. Knowing that when people sees you doing the sport would make them admire you (esp when you're a fe-ma-le)
  4. And whenever you're asked to do it again after you've just done it, there's not even a"no" word slip into your mind
  5. When you're doing that sport, you know that your life has gain its colour again!!!

I love my hols!!! Woooo Hoooo!!!!

Rock Climbing is just like ice skating... just that all four limbs are there to support you, you've a string attached(for the basic one of course), you wouldn't lose your balance so easily (even if you do, there won't be a big blue-black patch and you can still wear mini skirt or short pants) Well, the only bad thing about it is that: when you get your nails paint so nicely like how the nail parlour did it, after climbing, there's some parts of it came of. Imagine my nail with flowers painted, has no petals on it anymore.
